Nicholas Gill and Spats Langham
Boogie, blues, and some classic jazz. Thomas 'Spats' Langham
banjo
player extraordinaire, and much in demand with bands like The
Pasadena Roof Orchestra and Bob Kerr's Whoopee Band, turns to his
1930s Gibson guitar (and some banjo, no doubt) to run through early
blues numbers along with the piano of Nicholas Gill, who takes his
own piano to each gig, rather than make do with worn out pub pianos
or resort to electronic keyboards. That's devotion to duty for you.
